After years of connecting young leaders across the globe, we're excited to finally have a digital home that truly represents who we are and what we do.

## What is Leaders of Tomorrow?

Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a **100% online international digital exchange program** that connects young people aged 14-24 from around the world. Since 2019, we've been building bridges across cultures through meaningful dialogue, collaborative projects, and cross-cultural learning, all without requiring anyone to leave their home.

## Why This Matters

In a world that's more connected than ever digitally, yet often divided culturally, LOT creates spaces for authentic conversations. Our **10-week program** brings together approximately 300+ participants annually from **50+ countries**, creating a diverse learning environment where cultural exchange happens naturally through digital platforms.
